Epic Run Club provides training programs as part of your membership. Our plans are created by RRCA running coach Mike Else and are the perfect option to run and/or walk a 10k, half marathon, or full marathon. In addition to the training plans, the Club offers clinics throughout the year. Topics of the clinics include nutrition, injury prevention, goals and motivation, and proper running gear.

Fort Wayne Trails and Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation are great resources for running or walking routes.
